Strowman is determined to set young people on the right path as they navigate their challenges, noting that he went down the wrong path himself, at a young age. “I did a lot of dumb things,” he explained of getting on the wrong side of the law. Braun Strowman Reveals His Massive 7,300-Calorie Diet To Rebuild His Body

About his current fitness journey, Strowman tells M&F that he is in a “cutting phase” while eating a staggering 7,300 calories a day. This daily diet includes five pounds of chicken, ground beef, rice, a full bag of spinach, two bowls of cottage cheese, twelve eggs, Greek yogurt, six teaspoons of olive oil and two protein shakes. “I know there are other things in there too, but there’s a lot,” she explained, revealing that she’s bursting at the seams mentally and physically by “embracing breastfeeding.”

Of course, it doesn’t make you Braun Strowman. The sample teaser reveals that he is still toying with the idea of ​​entering a bodybuilding competition and does not say that he will return to the wrestling ring. “I’m in good shape, if not better than before,” he says, “wise, I’m wrestling wise. “I’ve been focusing a lot on the nerve damage in my left leg. Strowman says his love of food helped him recover. “I thought deli meat was good protein when I was 20,” she shares. “But what you put in is what you get out,” he now realizes, sharing that he now chooses organic meat and feels less bloated as a result. “I’ll use the perfect example,” Strowman said. “There’s a restaurant here in Orlando that’s been near and dear to me since I moved here to start wrestling. It’s called Beefy King. They use homemade bread. They use the same beef, from the same farm in Nebraska, 40 years ago. The only thing they put in it is salt.
