6.4 Friday Favorites – Fitnessista

No! Happy Friday! What are you doing this weekend?

We are back from an INCREDIBLE trip to Korea and Japan. I have a lot to tell you guys that I’m breaking up into multiple posts that will start on Monday. If you have any questions or anything I can answer on this, please let me know! I’ll share all the details of what we did, what we ate, where we stayed, my Korean spa treatment (glorious), Kyoto and why it’s magical, eating too much gf in all these places, Tokyo DisneySea, ALL the things. The short version is that it was one of our best and least annoying trips, but it completely changed my life. Please send me recovery vibes as I get back to everyday life lol.

A small bonus is that we had a 12 hour laver in Honolulu on the way home.

We entered the hotel to spend the day and sleep, then we went to the beach to go,

getting snacks (malasadas, subi, and acai bowls),

and browsing the shops before returning to the airport. It softened the blow of returning to the US just a little.

I’d love to hear what you’re up to this weekend! It’s back to *normal* here with a Photo Society workout this afternoon, dinner and pool with friends, taking Liv and her friends to the mall, and lots of summer fun.

It’s time to round up the weekly Faves! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your favorites, too, so please shout out your favorite in the comments section below.

6.4 Friday Favorites

Fashion, beauty, random:

Loving this Nopalera body scrub. It has clean ingredients including pear fruit and real sugar, an amazing aroma (if you’ve never experienced sharp pear, I think it’s like hibiscus) and they kindly provided a discount code to share. Use code GINAH10 here.

I brought back the best skincare and hair products and collected everything I could find online here.

I still love these jean shorts. I have worn them many times! They are true to size, not too long, not too short, and they wash well. I also washed them and wiped them and they did not wrinkle.

I’ve added a lot of items to my list from Tuckernuck recently including this dress , this dress , this top , these shorts , and these shoes .

Read, watch, listen:

Remarkably Bright Creatures on Netflix. Don’t be angry, but I have stopped reading this book because it is narrated by an octopus. I wasn’t surprised, but when I saw the movie came out, I decided to give it a whirl while walking on the treadmill because I love Sally Field. I was so into it, I finished it later that night. Highly recommended.

A great podcast episode about the different options for breast screening. You can read about my experience with the thermograph here.

What books have you asked your friends to read?

Fitness, health, and good nutrition:

Much respect and honor in our EquiLife community. Being an IHP is one of my favorite things to do and I feel so grateful to be able to share our life-changing experiences, goals, and products with my clients.

Stay tuned for next week’s giveaway featuring some of my favorite wellness items!

I have been on the lookout for this ice cream and it did not disappoint.

ALL things muscat. We came home with a few goodies but I wish we had grabbed more 😉

Homemade hamburger helper.

This plant is propolis. I had it in my carry-on during most of our flights (PHX > SFO, SFO > ICN, ICN > HND, HND > HNL, HNL > PHX. WHEW)

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Have an amazing weekend and I’ll see you soon!

xoxo
